What are the delivery times?

Our products are delivered within 4 to 13 business days in mainland France. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery is free for purchases over €65.

Do you deliver outside France?

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you upon shipment. You can track your package at any time.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us within 24 hours of your order and we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its packaging.

How do I make a return?

Contact our customer service by email with your order number. We will send you return instructions.

When will I be refunded?

The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the returned item.
